Position Title: Commis Chef - Hot Section
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus one duty meal and monthly sharing tips
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Levant high end casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai.

Job Description:
• Execute precise cooking techniques for hot section dishes.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in the hot section.
• Ensure consistent quality through taste tests and presentation checks.
• Manage inventory and control wastage in the hot section.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections for smooth service operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationalities
• 45 years old and below
• At least 1 year experience in the same role
• Preferably someone who have worked in a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant with at least 80 pax. seating capacity
