Apt Resources is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Commis I (Continental Cuisine) to join a private VIP family in Dubai. This unique position requires a passionate and creative chef who can prepare a variety of continental dishes and cater to the specific tastes and preferences of a distinguished clientele.

As a Commis I, you will be part of a small, dedicated kitchen team, responsible for delivering high-quality culinary experiences within a private residence. Your menu will include classic and contemporary continental dishes, tailored to the family’s preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of continental cuisine dishes according to family preferences and dietary requirements
• Assist in menu planning and develop new recipes that reflect seasonal ingredients
• Ensure the kitchen is kept organized, clean, and compliant with all food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations
• Contribute to special occasions and events by creating unique and elegant dining experiences

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis I, preferably specializing in continental cuisine
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and presentation
• Flexibility to adapt to the specific tastes and dietary needs of a private family
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a small team
• Ability to maintain discretion and respect family privacy at all times
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be currently residing in UAE
