Position Title: Commiss I & II – Pastry (2 vacancies)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Prepare, bake, and cook pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to standard recipes and quality guidelines
• Assist senior pastry chefs in daily kitchen and bakery operations
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and product presentation
• Support ingredient preparation, inventory control, and minimize food wastage while developing pastry skills
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Open to male candidates up to 36 years old with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Support inventory management and help minimize food wastage.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 3,800
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
