JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Role Purpose
To provide efficient & effective cleaning handling services, ensuring standards & company expectation. Responsible for cleaning the interior of the aircraft as per the requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration.
Key Accountabilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Being punctual, maintain hygiene, and conducting the task as per schedule.
• Replenishing of all guest products material and supplies are in order and in place.
• Sanitizing the aircraft bathroom and restocked when required.

• Carried out security checks as required, cleaned tray tables and windows, rearranged the magazines to be presentable and replaced the ones that were missing.
• Ensuring high quality service is delivered and standards are met in compliance with the Health and Safety regulations as well as with company policies.
• Clean the interior and exterior of designated aircrafts
• Vacuum floors and wipe down windows
• Remove trash from receptacles and seat pockets
• Replenish airline materials in the seat pockets
• Clean lavatories and replenish supplies
• Clean aircraft cockpit and replace headsets as instructed
• Perform the work to the highest standards and proper usage of supplies.
• Interior dressing done as per the given standard, laundered and storage procedures maintained.
• Use of P.P.E as and when required in line with safety policy.
• Ensuring all Equipment and material used are kept in proper order.
• Follow reporting procedures on work completion, maintenance request.
• Plan and request materials and supplies for the required services.
• Adhere Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Key Performance Area
• To ensure all the environmental as aspects/health hazard in their area of responsibility are identified.
• Follow established work instructions to ensure safe performance of a given task.
• Conduct a self-inspection before starting any job using the checklist provided.
• Stop the job and correct unsafe condition when possible and refer unsafe situation to the supervisor for further action and permanent solution.
• Promptly and immediately report all occupational injury, illnesses, environmental incidents, emergencies (fire, spill, etc.) and near miss incidents to the supervisors /team leader.
• Use safety equipment provide as appropriate.
• Become familiar with and abide by applicable QHSE rules and procedures.
• Advise fellow employees when unsafe act / or condition occur.
• Compliance with procedural and legislative requirements.
• Strong relationship with major clients
• Development of Facilities projects/new accounts and SLA/contractual agreements
• Meeting revenues targets
• Maintaining corporate profitability
Requirements:
Knowledge& Experiences• High school Diploma
• Min. 2 years’ experience
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and continuous improvement efforts.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities within deadline and prioritize effectively, while delivering high quality work.
