JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Direct and control the company's operations, ensure that annual business plans and budget are
achieved..
Develop existing commercial and operational procedures and constantly improve the overall business and functional efficiency with new ideas.
Establishing long term partnerships with effective customer relations.
Responsible for planning, managing and controlling the company's business growth, operational effectiveness, administration and financial performance
To ensure strict compliance of the law, the UAE Security Legislation and policies and procedures
Development of business objectives, new services and products, entering new market sectors with control over pre-defined sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
A proven record of success in Senior level management for minimum 7 years, preferably in the Manned
Security Industry
Significant senior level experience of management of people and resources
Good knowledge of the industry and the UAE Security Legislation
Understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques
High level of commercial awareness, leadership, organization and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
