JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client manufactures and distributes building materials across the Middle East region. Now in a phase of expansion, they require an accomplished Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the centralised HR team.

This role is responsible for analytical and professional level support to the Compensation and Benefits function for group companies. The job will also be responsible for training individuals and groups within a given framework and validating and evaluating of monthly submittals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Over 7 years experience as in HR
• Minimum of 5yrs experience in pure Compensation and Benefits
• Proven people manager
• Expert Proficiency in Oracle HRMS & payroll process
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
• Well-versed in UAE labor law
• Excellent communication & influencing skills
• Accuracy/Attention to details

Salary: 23,000 AED + family benefits
