JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
AECOM is currently recruiting for a Temporary Compensation & Benefits Analyst, to support our HR team in Dubai. This is a 4 month assignment, in which you will work closely with the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the execution and administration and providing analytical support to for a variety of compensation policies and programs.
- Preparing statistical analysis, data modeling, incentive pay programs, and costing of base.
- Preparing supporting data for the review of annual salary budget.
- Conducting salary surveys and participating in them, interpreting salary data, performing analysis.
- Managing job documentation, job descriptions, databases and tables related to job codes, and job families.
- Providing support to HR department concerning interpretation of compensation practices and guidelines.
- Providing guidance on issues related to compensation for management.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience within a Comp & Ben Analyst role, working for a large international organisation.
- Experience with a Compensation Planning Cycle.
- Comfortable and enjoy working with numbers, strong proven analytical skills and a high competence in Excel & Power Point.
- Fast learner with a flexible and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Able to handle superior level of confidentiality concerning employee information.
- High-level proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, and able to think out of the box.
