JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Company

Robert Half are working with a leading client based in Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join an existing team. You will manage and develop all aspects of compensation and benefits for the group. This appointment will be a UAE National.

The Role

* Lead and develop the compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
* Maintain and update compensation schedules and update system.
* Create compensation packages including benefits inline with offers of employment
* Work on specific Compensation projects across the business
* Develop Compensation frameworks
* Benchmarking, pay grading and evaluation

REQUIREMENTS

The Candidate

* The ideal candidate will be a experienced compensation and benefits professional ideally with experience of working within oil and gas, energy or construction.
* Minimum 8 years experience with C & B, UAE National.
