JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client, one of the largest Multinational food and beverage companies currently operating across the MENA region, is looking for an experienced HR professional to take on the role of Competency Development Lead.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead the design and implementation of the Leadership Curriculum behavioral and on boarding programs
- Lead and support education and training initiatives
- Understand the training needs for the market
- Communicate and promote all relevant training information to HRBPs and employees
- Manage the relationships with external providers
- Manage training budgets
- Ensure the right KPIs are selected during the program design in order to measure the results
- Lead the company's digital journey and contribute to the effective use of the Learning Management System

REQUIREMENTS

- University Graduate
- Arabic speaker is essential
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in Arabic and English
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR and training&learning
- Proven track record in learning delivery, project management, change management and training coordination
- Experience in instructional design
