JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Designing new buildings from scratch as and when required from the project leader, including spatial planning and elevations.
- Working with project directors and team leaders to develop exciting new architectural concepts.
- Help generate Cad drawing information for presentation purposes
- Coordinate with sub-consultants, project managers and clients as required to develop the design.
- Help generate presentation documents for client issue and approval.
- Manage and document electronic communications for each designated project.
REQUIREMENTS
Skill requirements:
- Autocad 2d
- Sketchup
- Lumion
- Adobe indesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Revit architecture
- Adobe acrobat professional/Revu Bluebeam
- Microsoft office suite.
Beneficial skill set:
- 3ds max
- Hand sketching
- Adobe illustrator
- Video editing
