Job Description
A leading F&B company is actively recruiting a Concierge Manager for their Dubai office.

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage concierge operations.
- Reporting directly to the Regional Sales & Event Director.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners.
- Manage client feedback, resolve complaints efficiently, and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience within the hospitality/F&B industry in the UAE.
- Must have worked in concierge firms or worked with concierge firms.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by event schedules.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
