My client is one of the largest US Firms in the world and is seeking a Construction Disputes Associate who is looking to take their role to the next height of their career and work directly with the number one Construction Team in the GCC region, based in their office in Dubai.

The role will be establishing yourself with the market leading partners and working with a Tier 1 Team executing, high value construction matters (contentious & non-contentious work) within the Middle East and cross borders in relation to undertaking a mix of Construction advisory, litigation and big-ticket arbitration work.

Salary in line with Cravath scale salary + bonus + relocation package to Dubai (individual or family).

REQUIREMENTS

The firm is looking for an ambitious Associate who is currently based in the UAE or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia or New Zealand. The successful candidate should be a UK or an Australian admitted solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, high-quality construction disputes and arbitration experience gained at a top-tier law firm (International, US & Magic Circle Law Firm background).
