Construction Disputes Associate 4-6 PQE
The firm are seeking a Construction Disputes Associate with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and Middle East experience.

Our client is a prestigious UK law firm in Dubai with a tier 1 Construction Disputes team.
Description:
* Provide expert legal advice and assistance on a wide range of construction-related disputes.
* Manage and oversee construction arbitration and litigation cases from inception to resolution.
* Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft legal opinions, and develop effective dispute resolution strategies.
* Collaborate with partners
* Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices in the Middle East construction sector.
* Maintain and develop strong client relationships

REQUIREMENTS
* Qualified solicitor with 4-6 years of PQE, specialising in construction disputes.
* In-depth knowledge of Middle East construction disputes.
* Proven experience in handling complex construction disputes.

* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
* Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
