JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a leading real estate developer, they are looking for a Construction Lawyer to join there Legal team, based in Dubai.
The Role:
* This is a Mid-level in-house Legal role, you will be working with one of the leading real estate developers in the region.
* As an In-House Construction Lawyer, you will focus on the transactional side of Construction, dealing with developers from planning right to completion of projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Construction Lawyer
Requirements:
* A UK or Australian qualified lawyer, with a minimum 3-5 years Post Qualification Experience, in Construction.
* Due to the extent of transactional exposure, you must have demonstrated experience as a Construction Lawyer, handling the full cycle of Construction projects from planning to completion, in either in Private Practice or a Similar In-House environment.
