Construction Manager/ Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Be responsible for the management, development and planning of the construction works on site
- Install and organize the construction site (logistics, materials, people)
- Direct all aspects of the day-to-day execution of the project, and you monitor and coordinate work performed by superintendents and skilled workers
- Lead, coach and manage several skilled and experienced site execution staff
- Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing operations;
- Plan the resources
- Implement and oversee the ISO & VCA norms
- Select, audit and supervise subcontractors
- Maintain regular contact with the clients or their representatives
- Attend and lead important site meetings
- Report directly to the Project Manager on the progress and output of your own teams and suppliers

REQUIREMENTS

- A degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years experience
- Must have experience on large scale commercial builds
- Must be an EU national and speak more than one language like French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch
