JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are working exclusively with a Fit-Out contractor based in the UAE who have secured a number of Luxury Residential projects. An established business that is operating in a unique marketplace as wealth is pouring into Dubai from all corners of the world.
Our client has recently secured several Residential projects and is in need to appoint a specialist team of individuals to oversee the delivery of these projects.
For the Project Manager position, candidates must have led and delivered a project that required high-end specification and finishes i.e. Luxury Property/Villas
- Ensure all project team members are fully briefed on the project scope, objectives and basis of design
- Lead and manage all sub-contractors on the project
- Lead site execution team
- Attend client meetings and project coordination meetings
- Prepare project execution plan and project quality plan and monitor the delivery of project services
- Prepare the project progress reports
- Quality control programs
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Construction- Experience in delivering high-end projects (Villas, Residential, Luxury Homes would be beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities
