JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee hotel construction projects in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage hotel construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
• Make timely decisions to overcome project challenges and bottlenecks.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, cost, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Senior Construction Manager, Project Manager, or similar roles.• UAE/GCC construction experience is highly desirable. Candidates with strong home country experience will also be considered.
• Hands-on experience in hotel construction projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Must be physically available in the UAE for interviews and immediate joining.
Compensation:
• Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
• Immediate joiners will be given top priority.

Salary:
AED
20,000 to 26,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
