JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
* Professional site management / supervision of the construction site
* Detailed planning, preparation and management of construction site activities
* Careful monitoring of the work execution from start to acceptance
* First contact for customers, architects and sales partners
* Training of installation teams at the construction site
* Competent instruction, control and guidance of the construction site manpower
* Active link between technical office and construction site workforce
* Supervision of compliance with contractual agreements, quality standards and work regulations
* Logistic coordination regarding delivery of window elements on the construction site
* Regular reporting to the responsible sales and project manager
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in the construction site management (ideally in window construction for residential and commercial real estate)
* Leadership experience in fitting
* Experience in the most popular PC-based programs
* English in spoken and written (other languages like Arabic are an advantage)
* Organizational skills
* Customer orientation as a central concern
