JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a Construction Site Engineer to join an ongoing project in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have strong site knowledge, hands-on UAE construction experience, and the ability to manage daily site operations while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction activities at site
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage site manpower, materials, and work schedules
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety at site
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare daily site reports and updates
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations• Experience with UAE-based construction firms (maximum 4 years)
• Good working relationship and coordination skills with clients and consultants
• Ability to manage overall site operations independently
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills
Salary:
AED
3,500 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
