A leading, global consulting group seeks a Consultant to join their regional practice specialised in Procurement
Description
* Gather, validate, compile and analyse relevant data from a variety of data sources across the client organization
* Conduct material group and procurement market analyses
* Assess procurement functions, processes and practices and help transform the organization
* Develop sourcing strategies
* Manage and drive the process of category strategy development and sourcing in collaboration with client team members and business stakeholders
* Engage with suppliers and support clients in preparing supplier negotiations
* Train client procurement professionals
* Create and deliver presentations of work as well as final recommendations

REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant professional experience (0-5 years), preferably as a procurement consultant or as a procurement professional
* Top academic results from university
* Preferably a capability spike in one or several areas e.g. deep category expertise, game theory, sourcing tools, design-for-value, (not exhaustive)
* Outstanding problem-solving skills as well as analytical capabilities
* Team spirit, strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to an intellectually challenging but rewarding job
