Job Description:

• Contact Centre Supervisor with proven management experience to deliver call centre projects
• Excellent in English and Arabic Communication
• We prefer to hire someone with Real Estate Experience
• Excellent customer services skills and management of stake holders at the customer site
• Familiarity with call centre software’s, MIS and reporting. Quality check experience to set KPI’s for the team and regularly optimize the same
• Team Management skills is of high importance
• Hiring new talent to the team and retention of existing resources
• Having a driving license is an advantage
