JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The role carries out efficient and effective application of E-Visions Standards and Practices policy to all selected Pass-Thru and locally scheduled channels carried on the E-Vision platform and Etisalat services, in accordance with UAE Ministry of Information and Culture guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To continuously monitor selected Pass-Thru channels to identify and remove unsuitable content according to current S+P guidelines, thru the use of EVS Air Edit machines.
- Minimize the disruption to the programme content as much as possible.
- Enter information related to all editing carried out into the database.
- Occasionally view advanced copies, identify and create reports for required editing of programming content on locally scheduled channels.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Completed
- Technical Certificate
- Good understanding of content editing concepts and processes EVS Air-Edit
- Knowledge of UAE Ministry of Information and Culture guidelines for media
