Job Description

- Ensure that products meet and exceed the Highest Standards
- Initiate market research studies and analyze findings
- Understand customer needs & competition
- Manage product content & digital assets
- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
- Optimize content according to SEO
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users' engagement metrics
- Manage content distribution to online channels
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g., copyright and data protection)
- Create pilot programs to run prototypes and assess outcomes
- Manage project plans through an innovative roadmap
- Liaise with the third-party vendors
- Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Initiate maintenance of existing content
- Propose Consumer Generated Content strategy for each project
- Create process and strategy on Content score KPI
- Responsible for defining, documenting, prioritizing, and communicating requirements throughout all stages of the product lifecycle
- Identify necessary reports, metrics, and analysis to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of completed projects
- Follow & manage budgets, team creation & resource allocation
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Will be responsible for successful deployment across all the regions & hotels, in IMEAT
- Delegate tasks and projects to Assistant Manager, E-Commerce and conduct training as needed
- Training - ensure all the concerned have completed required training to ensure best practice is being applied to everyday processes



- 6+ years of Diverse experience in a Digital & E-commerce department
- Project background with Product culture
- Proven work experience as a Content manager and/or Product manager
- Understanding of new technologies in the market
- Experience in leading the projects management and handling teams.
- Experience in training and driving best practice in systems skills/tools
- Experiences of working with translation agencies and other services (third-party vendors)
- Ownership and spirit of conquest
- Outgoing and self-motivating individual with pleasant personality
- Decision making
- Agile working (basics from methodology)
- Team management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing (as AEM CMS)
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with social media
- Hands on experience with MS Office
