JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Contract Administrator with 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the construction industry. You will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, mitigating risks, and handling contract-related correspondence and notices throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue formal notices (e.g., notice of default, claim, extension).
• Respond to contract-related correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in contract performance.
• Manage complex contracts for large-scale construction projects.
• Maintain records of all contract documentation.
• Assist in dispute resolution and contract claims.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project management.
• Certification in Contract or Construction Management (e.g., CCM, CPCM) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
