JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Review contract terms, conditions, and obligations to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain complete records of contract-related documents, correspondences, and approvals.
• Prepare, submit, and track variations, extension of time (EOT) claims, and contractual notices.
• Draft, review, and administer subcontract agreements, ensuring alignment with main contract terms.
• Identify contractual risks, monitor compliance, and escalate potential issues to management.
• Assist in preparation and verification of interim payment applications and subcontractor payment certifications.
Requirements:
• 4–7 years’ experience in contract administration within the UAE construction industry, preferably with exposure to FIDIC-based contracts.• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
