JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
B7 Search is looking for an talented Contract Manager to join their clients team for a prestigious project in Al Ain. the client is an award winning PMC working on projects across the GCC.
In this role you will get to perform predominantly post contract activities handling multiple contract packages simultaneously, setting up of contract and commercial management system on site, review of the Contractor's schedule submittals, variations, claims and payment requests, cost management, tracking all contract correspondence, submittals etc. on a large flagship project.
Salary:
AED
30,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
• Min BSc/BEng Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
• Previous Experience working for a Tier 1 PMC
• At least 10 years overall experience in contracts administration/mgmt with 10 years in a similar position
• Demonstrable track record in delivery of airport or similar complex transportation projects
• Conversant in FIDIC form of contract
• Experience in administration and settlement of claims
• Fluency in English
