Contracts Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading Travel and Tourism company which is looking to hire an experienced Contracts Manager who will be responsible for the development and onboarding of new and existing premium accounts across the UAE market.

The primary responsibility of the Contract Manager will involve strategically sourcing potential partners and products within the UAE market which complement and diversify the brands existing portfolio. Additionally, this role will focus on maintaining relationships with key vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards, as well as handling ongoing negotiations of favourable terms which are commercially viable for the business. In conjunction, the role would focus on supplier performance monitoring by reviewing contract compliance against established metrics and developing action plans to address any gaps in performance to ensure targets are met. The Contracts Manager will be working in collaboration with the Data Entry Operation team to ensure accurate loading of contracts onto the system to maintain the integrity of contract data.

Our client is looking to hire someone with the ability to communicate ideas to stakeholders and external clients persuasively and tactfully along with the ability to effectively negotiate complex contracts.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of contracting experience within the UAE travel industry, preferably coupled with prior experience working across high end hotels and apartments. A proficiency in data analysis and the ability to effectively communicate statistical reports to relevant stakeholders is essential. Our client requires an individual who is able to work in a dynamic environment with an existing network of relevant contacts and clients within the UAE hospitality sector.
