JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Contract

• Lead RFP’s discussions, register vendors as per the requirements, gather the requirements and execute the sourcing strategies
• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with vendors
• Manage contract administration by maintaining a contract repository, contract approval forms and creating contract summaries for the ongoing contracts
• Provide regular analytical update using data on contract numbers, values and spend

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 5 years of experience in vendor negotiations, contract management and sourcing process
• Strong knowledge of key legal and commercial terms that are used in contract management
• Preferred experience in project planning and risk management
• Required to have experience in Airline Technical Operations or Buyer Fitted Equipment management
