JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced administration Co-coordinator to join there global team.

Client Details
Our client is a growing multinational who expanding their operations across the Middle east.

Description
* Support two junior coordinators in all administrative tasks
* Develop detailed travel plans for management teams
* Managing documentation, including contracts
* Setting up personnel files and confirming that data remains accurate
* Responds to recruitment enquiries
* Schedules interviews with hiring managers and coordinates the group interview process
* Coordinates training requirements, including organising rooms for employee training, printing training certificates and filing them accordingly, reviewing training policies, and updating training systems
* Communicates with staff for the purpose of ordering office supplies and planning of meeting rooms
* Oversees property management services, including maintenance of building and ordering proper janitorial supplies

REQUIREMENTS

* 3 years + administration experience
* UAE experience
* Multinational experience
* Bachelor degree educated
* Advanced IT skills
* Strong knowledge of excel
