JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Coordinate import and export enquiries received from sales or client.
- Liaising with local and overseas agents/carriers for rates and services.
- Arrange to quote for the enquiry received.
- Coordinate local, import and export operation for allocated accounts
- Negotiate freight and origin/destination service rates.
- Arrange clearance for export shipments.
- Arrange collection of documents for export custom formalities
- Prepare packing list and invoice (if required) and send to export forwarders.
- Maintain job files with all required documentation for reference/audit purpose.
- Prepare debit notes to customers and ensure payments collected prior to release of shipping document (Bill lading)
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales/revenue reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate
- Minimum 2 years experience in Relocation/ Removals
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
- Operational procedures
- Import/export documentation
- Basic knowledge of the Relocation/ Removals market
