JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Ecolab Global Food Retail is the premier global supplier of cleaning and sanitation products, programs, training and services to the food retail industry. The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for protecting and increasing sales of existing assigned accounts and the acquisition of new sales from assigned target accounts

Main Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for looking after retail business within selected countries within the T&I, MENA Clusters. Be prepared to travel and work in these countries
- Directly responsible for the growth and stability of assigned existing accounts (focus will be chain groups) measured specifically by sales production, maintenance and growth.
- Effectively coordinate roll-outs of products, trials, surveys, new chains, contract negotiation and execution, price adjustments, equipment installation, etc.
- Call regularly on assigned existing accounts to develop and build rapport with personnel at all levels: headquarters, regional, and store.
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities that can be handled defensively or offensively before they become threats to the business.
- Manage Territory Representatives within geographical area.
- Ensure that the team achieves sales and service targets.
- Coordinates and ensures each TR implements an annual Sales and Service Plan based on a Retain, Grow & Gain Strategy to ensure net sales growth targets by delivering Ecolabs retail service excellence programs.
- Works with Institutional teams when we share a resource to look after retail business understanding and training of accounts, new account testing, and acquisition activities.
- Coordinate, plan, and attend national and regional account meetings as required.
- Develop Annual Account Plan, Annual Business Review, and specific new account sales strategy.
- Develop and implement strategy for rolling out new products to existing accounts.
- Monitor sales and shipments versus sales goals and recommend actions to compensate for negative variations.
- Maintain complete, proper, and current account records.
- Regularly communicate, by appropriate means, pricing, sales policies, promotions, new products or program introductions, collaterals, personnel changes and other relevant information to the Field team, accounts and distributors.
- Develop and maintain a spirit of teamwork with all Ecolab personnel to build the business and achieve goals.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years national diploma in Food Sciences, Bio Sciences or related discipline
- Availability for regular business travel
- Extensive business-to-business sales experience
- Significant full-time professional experience in a food service, hospitality or grocery environment preferred
- Excellent planning & organizational skills preferred
- Strong relationship management capability with outstanding consulting skills preferred
- Proven ability to deliver results & possess a strong competitive desire to become a top performer preferred
- Mechanical skills with experience in mechanical installation and repair preferred
- Sales Management experience preferred
