REQUIREMENTS

The law firm in question has been operating in the Dubai for several years and is seen a consistent and stable platform in the region.

The client is seeking a Corporate lawyer to join its growing practise area on the ground. Ideally corporate lawyers will:
- Already have GCC experience (ideally in UAE)
- Be admitted in a recognised Common law jurisdiction
- Have proven experience in working closely with clients directly and winning / retaining work
- Trained at a recognised common law jurisdiction
- Confident with Corporate M&A and CMA transactions
- The client is seeking an individual who is committed to the local market and is looking at this opportunity for the long term.
