What about the role?
- The selected candidate will be able to support multiple clients from a variety of business fields.
- This is a direct customer facing role and the selected candidate should be highly professional, courteous and approachable at all times.
Requirements:
What are we looking for?- Experience in customer service of a 5 star environment and/or an international company
- High standard of personal presentation
- Confident ability to actively approach clients
- Anticipate client needs ahead of time and provide solutions
- Seek opportunities to maximize client assistance beyond what is requested of them
- Exceptional communication skills including impeccable command in written and spoken English
- Highly technology proficient with an advanced level in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook
- The desire to consistently assess their skillset and seek further training if necessary
- As the role involves supporting a high number of clients with a range of requirements, the ability to adapt and multi-task is essential.
