JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a global law firm who have a fantastic reputation across the world. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Paralegal with UAE knowledge in a range of corporate matters.
The role will involve supporting a number of fee earners on all corporate matters. You will be responsible for preparing and drafting legal correspondence, such as application forms, POA's, memorandum and articles of association, as well as board and shareholder resolutions.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have UAE market experience and currently be based in the country. You should have 2 years' experience at an international law firm in a corporate team. A strong background in other areas of law would also be considered coming from a reputable firm.
