JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a major international law firm. Our client, who are well known in the region, is looking to hire an ambitious Corporate Paralegal to support the Partners and Associates. The main focus will be company formation and Arabic is essential.
The role will involve supporting a busy corporate team with general company formation / incorporation. Dealing with different free zones and government entities, providing advice to clients, drafting and amending basic documents such as MOA’s and conducting research to advise clients when required.
Salary:
AED
16,000 to 22,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have a previous corporate experience within the UAE is required, with a minimum of 1 year company formation experience. Candidates must be bilingual with excellent English and Arabic drafting ability. Knowledge of basic employment & labor law would be an advantage.
