Corporate Paralegal - Dubai - Leading Law Firm

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our leading law firm in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will provide vital support to our legal team and contribute to the efficient functioning of our corporate law practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a diligent and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of corporate legal processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of various legal documents, including but not limited to incorporation documents, annual reports, and corporate minutes.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support the legal team in case preparation and transactional matters.
- Maintain and organize corporate records, including minute books, shareholder records, and other corporate documents.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and legal professionals.
- Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
- Support attorneys in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as required.
- Stay abreast of changes in corporate laws and regulations and assist with compliance efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a corporate paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a law firm setting.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law and governance principles, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in conducting legal research and utilizing relevant databases and resources.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in the preparation and management of legal documents.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite and legal practice management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is required; additional certifications or qualifications in corporate law will be an advantage.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.

A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
