JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Corporate Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the recreational facilities sector. You will leverage your expertise to foster relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met while contributing to our overall business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new corporate clients in the recreational facilities market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials tailored for corporate clients.
- Present and demonstrate our offerings to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with corporate clients to close sales effectively.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our offerings and expand our client base.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a sales executive or similar role in the recreational or related industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
