JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Corporate Sales Manager up to 13K AED for a Four-Star Luxury Hotel in UAE
• Understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
• Solicits group, transient and/or banquet business through action plan preparation and execution
• Independently responsible for achievement of objectives, as outlined in the action plans
• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Corporate Sales Manager (Government & Leisure)
• SALARY: 13K AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Four-Star Luxury Hotel
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male or Female, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree Business Management, Sales, Marketing or any relevant certification
• Minimum 5 years of Hotel Sales experience, preferably with government / leisure background
• Opera Sales & catering knowledge is an asset
• SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Meeting sales goals
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• With valid UAE driving license
