JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are urgently looking for professionals with expertise in company formation and regulatory affairs to help manage licensing and compliance for our clients in both mainland and free zones.
Responsibilities
• Manage company incorporation and license acquisition.
• Draft and review corporate documents.
• Manage permit and license renewals.
• Provide consultancy on legal and regulatory matters.
Requirements:
• Based in the UAE• Experience in company setup and compliance in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Italian would be an advantage
