JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Provides strategic counsel and insights to the Chairman supporting informed decisions that align with the long-term goals and objectives (mind-map) ensuring sustainable growth in an ever-evolving environment, competitive advantage, and added value for the holding.
• Support the Chairman's vision through corporate strategy alignment between the Chairman and the executive leadership as well as internal and external stakeholders fostering a collaborative corporate culture focusing on innovation and agility.
• Provide advisory support to the Chairman on strategic issues, challenges, and opportunities, offering insights and recommendations based on analysis and industry best practices.
• Lead strategic initiatives as directed by the Chairman, ensuring alignment with the Corporate strategy by providing insights regarding industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.
• Develop strategic scenarios as directed by the Chairman to anticipate and respond to potential disruptions, market shifts, or regulatory changes that may impact the corporate strategy.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, soliciting feedback from different stakeholders, and implementing lessons learned to refine future strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or related roles.
• Previous Experience in Managerial role.
• 3-5 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
