JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a reputed high profile organization based in Dubai is looking for a Corporate Wellness Officer.
Reporting to the head of HR, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement the corporate wellness program across the organization
- Select and manage 3rd party consultants across the entire spectrum of corporate employees health and wellbeing
- Monitor and evaluate the organization employees wellness KPIs
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree qualified preferably in a related subject matter
- Either created or worked as part of a health and wellness function in a corporate environment, preferably one which has experienced significant growth in headcount
- Expertise in all the latest indexes and initiatives for corporate wellness and wellbeing, this includes driving employee engagement
- Natural high levels of enthusiasm and energy
- Outstanding communication skills
