JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Cost Control Manager required for an MEP business in the UAE.
Duties:
• Introduce labour productivity rates to monitoring labour performance by implementing productivity planning and monitoring procedure aligned with labour budget
• Utilized the ERP system to monitor labour productivity based on company production rates.
• Prepare monthly cost control reports of ongoing projects, providing all concerned parties with regular feedback & advice
• Chair monthly meetings to reviewing project progress and current cost position
• Monitor and evaluate project prime cost items (Material, Labour & Prelims) on a weekly/monthly basis and prepare an executive summary report for management review
• Collaborate with the project management team to keep project costs within the budget and maintain project profitability
REQUIREMENTS
• You must have previous experience on setting up a cost management system in the UAE.
• You must be fluent in Arabic/English
• Must have MEP experience
• Electrical or Mechanical background
• Able to join 1 month maximum after receiving job offer
