JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Company: A renowned retail group in UAE.
Department: Fashion.
Role:
• Develop creatives across Visual displays, Windows, In-store themes & in-store digital media to create a world class brand proposition
• Determine specific visual merchandising needs for conceptualization and design of Visual Merchandising solutions such as fixtures, imagery and point of sale materials
• Use artistic skills or computer-aided design (CAD) packages, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, to create visuals and plans
• Manage construction and documentation of in-store creatives and window guidelines
• identifying and sourcing props, fabrics, hardware and lighting etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors (e.g. window installers, graphics, freelancers, props, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing team for customer initiatives
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Managers on execution of in-store creatives
• Work within and manage allocated budgets
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
• 8-10 years
• Flair for design and color
• Creative, imaginative and energetic
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe creative suite
• Interested in art and design
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Bachelor s degree preferably in Creative Arts or in Marketing
