JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, coordinating bookings with agents and customers, maintaining accurate documentation, and overseeing accounts in our ERP system. Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in assessing customer and agent solvency, assisting in credit term decisions, and compiling and analyzing data for management reports.

Responsibilities:

• Approve contracts and book orders with agents and customers.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is in place for agreement signings.
• Maintain control over accounts in ERP system and ensure timely updates.
• Verify the solvency of customers and agents using reliable sources and provide results as requested.
• Maintain a register of requests for tax history of clients and agents.
• Assist management in deciding credit terms with customers and agents.
• Compile a comprehensive database of all agents and customers.
• Analyze customer turnover trends and past records.
• Generate reports on branch accounts for management review.
• Conduct periodic reviews of credit policy and contribute to memo creation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in contract management, account coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
