JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Critical Care Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team in the UAE. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert medical care to critically ill patients, utilizing your advanced knowledge and clinical skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare and play a key role in the management of complex medical conditions. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient care standards and leading initiatives that enhance the overall efficiency of our critical care services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU).
- Utilize advanced critical care techniques and technologies to monitor and treat patients effectively.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists, to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a critical care setting, preferably in an ICU.
- Strong clinical skills with a thorough understanding of critical care protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex medical cases and make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of critical care.
- Proficiency in medical technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Salary:
AED
45,000 to 65,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
