Position Title: CRM & Automation Specialist – Travel and Tourism
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide.
- Configure, maintain, and integrate the CRM platform with internal systems (ERP, accounting, call center) and external tools (WhatsApp, email marketing, booking platforms).
- Build and optimize workflows, triggers, and AI tools (chatbots, predictive models) to improve efficiency, response times, and customer experience.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance; continuously test and optimize automations.
- Manage permissions, data hygiene, and security; provide training and collaborate with sales and marketing for segmentation and personalized campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field- At least 2–4 years of experience in CRM configuration and workflow automation
- Proficient in at least one major CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive) ; experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), ActiveCampaign, or n8n
- Must have knowledge of AI tools and API integrations (e.g., ChatGPT API, Google Dialog Flow, Twilio).
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 13,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
