JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:

• The design of digital products and experiences end to end in collaboration with the squad engineers, solution architects, designers, and product teams, leading detailed analysis on possible ways of implementation to achieve the desired business goals.
• Coordinate with the information technology department and prepare designs for functional specifications.
• Analyze functional requirements collect all requirements and document processes.
• Establish business processes, analyze existing processes, and recommend improvements to same.
• Develop project plans for business and ensure appropriate implementation of plans.
• Monitor the lifecycle of a project and evaluate customer reviews for business processes.
• Develop new processes and provide support to various migration data processes.
• Assist the IT team and technical department in identifying all limitations in the process.
• Develop a training program and associate documents.
• Provide technical support to various migration plans and monitor efficient use of specifications.
• Install and maintain systems and provide support to end users.
• Manage activities for the customer advisory committee.
• Analyze business for clients and manage all customer projects.
• Develop and install critical applications and provide end-user support for applications.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge of various business units.
• Develop professional relationships with vendors and clients.
• Supervise the efficient working of staff and provide feedback to employees.
• Administer performance appraisals for employees and recommend changes.

Responsibilities:
• Gather data and information on the technical and product aspects of every implementation.
• Guide and recommend product design implementation with Product Owner, and in partnership with solution architect.
• Based on research & market best practices, refine existing features for the platform.
• Design screen mockups by talking to end users, understanding the processes & system integrations involved & making the complete end-to-end journey fit into a very friendly front-end experience.
• Display logical business approach to solutions.
• Provide analytical input on strategic decisions.
• Co-accountable for team results.
• Stay updated with new advances in digital technologies globally and suggest innovative ideas for implementation in the bank.
• Measure customer satisfaction and the impact of actions taken, products launched, processes changed, and improved.

REQUIREMENTS

• Postgraduate in Engineering, Business, Economics.
• MBA as preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in banking.
• 7+ years of experience business analysis experience.
• International exposure is a plus.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and user experience skills to help design the products and experiences end to end.
• Ability to communicate insights into an engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• CMC, CSPO, Business Analysis Certified.
