JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

- Effectively manage customer data, interactions, and campaigns
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behavior patterns
- Assist with generating reports and insights to guide decision-making and improve customer engagement strategies
- Tailor marketing campaigns and communication strategies for each segment to increase effectiveness
- Ensure campaigns are targeted, timely, and relevant to different customer segments
- Develop and manage communication strategies to engage customers throughout their lifecycle
- This includes welcome emails, newsletters, promotional offers, and personalized recommendations
- Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention as agreed with Data Science team aligned with CA guidelines
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Specifications:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, loyalty program management, or customer engagement roles.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data, track program performance, and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to personalize experiences.
