CRM Manager - MEASPAC

Accor Hotels & Resorts is seeking a CRM Manager for the MEASPAC Premium, Midscale and Economy Brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Accor's CRM systems are being utilized effectively to improve customer interactions and drive business growth through all relevant channels and levers. The role will report to the CRM Director MEASPAC and carry a dual responsibility.

- Define, manage, and support the CRM Director in executing all CRM activities for MEASPAC region
- Regional & Hub Responsibility: a) Support CRM Director in defining, executing, and reporting on the CRM strategy & performance for the entire region b) Own and manage the CRM strategy and plan for MEAT
- Responsible for activating all B2B & B2C CRM activities for Accor Live Limitless, Premium, Midscale and Economy Brands, and Brand & Loyalty Partnerships
- Manage CRM levers such as email marketing, app push notifications, SMS/WhatsApp/Messaging, and web content merchandising.
- Continuously measure and improve main KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business, hospitality)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in related marketing or customer relationship management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools such as Liana Mailer, Responsys, Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English + French and/or Arabic proficiency is a must.
- Tech-oriented and savvy with CRM tools/BI & Analytics tools
