Position Title: Customer Relations Executive – Business Center
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED depending on experience and qualification.

A business hub provider in Dubai.
Job Description
• Building relationships with potential customers and converting leads into new clients.
• Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients.
• Managing customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
• Collaborating with other internal departments to optimize the existing customer experience.
Requirements:
• Open to European, American, CIS, Canadian, Australian nationals aged 35 and below.• At least bachelor’s degree with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must be fluent in speaking English and knows how to communicate with clients & managers via phone and email in a firm and friendly way.
• With 2 years’ experience in managing customer service in a Business Centre or Corporate setting.
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 13,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
